Jan saw an opportunity to strategically integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Natural
Language Processing (NLP) into consulting assessments and due-diligence toolkits and
processes. Having spent 8 years at the Boston Consulting Group, Jan quickly identified the
areas where technology such as AI and NLP could make an immediate impact on critical client
and organizational needs: organizational effectiveness and health, employee engagement, M&A
integrations, private equity research, and customer feedback.
Jan founded Entromy in 2015, where he and his team are now combining passion for software, analytics, and innovation to disrupt the change management process with our natural language processing capabilities and our focus on delivering actionable, immediate insights. They are essentially blending the benefits of depth of insights from the consulting process and reach and speed of the traditional survey solutions.
Jan was previously a Principal at the Boston Consulting Group, first as a consultant and then as a founder of BCG’s Strategic Analytics team. He led number of M&A, major transformation or restricting efforts for Fortune 500 clients globally. Prior to BCG, Jan was a Product Manager at Microsoft. He holds an MBA from the Harvard Business School, and a degree from Macalester College in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Jan and his wife, Swapnil, live in the South End of Boston.
Martin leads our cutting-edge technology, software development, and software infrastructure
initiatives. He brings 25+ years of experience ranging from consulting, software, and SaaS
products. A serial entrepreneur, he has done everything from building a secure messaging
application for a hedge fund to architecting a critical, global business application used
across 3 continents to support strategic decision-making.
Martin brings a rare combination of technical expertise and client business empathy having directly worked with the clients in not only designing, but also implementing numerous solutions. Martin has been engineering teams in the past focused on close collaboration, coaching and inspired leadership. While deeply passionate about bleeding edge, Martin maintain a practical and pragmatic balance between newest technologies and efficient, reliable and proven solutions.
Martin previously founded Teralon Interactive, which provided back-end development and internet infrastructure for Tier 1 clients, primarily in New England. Before Entromy, Martin served in numerous leadership roles in SaaS companies in Boston, including LiveWell Health and Teralon Interactive.
Martin is a graduate in computer science from Tufts University in Massachusetts. He, his wife, and his young son, Tate, live in Cambridge.
Sarah drives our customer and partner experience initiatives, as well as our onboarding
process. Prior to Entromy, Sarah led and developed teams at two early SaaS startups, where
she was responsible for their client-facing Advanced Analytics Groups and supported their
Sales, Marketing, and Product teams. At dataxu, Sarah’s analytics team was responsible for
cutting through the chaos of billions of highly complex decision points to find the insights
to drive her clients’ experience and their successes.
Sarah was previously a consultant at Bain & Company, where she worked with several Fortune 500 companies on their most strategic challenges. Over the course of her career, she has worked with clients in a wide-range of industries which include luxury consumer goods, automotive, consumer products, healthcare, food manufacturing, industrials, and advertising.
Sarah holds an MBA from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, and an undergraduate degree in Economics from Cornell University.
She lives in downtown Boston and wants to adopt a dog soon.
Lindsey leads the development of our key client partnership and drives process improvement
across the business.
Previously, Lindsey worked in technology advisory at Forrester Research serving CIOs and CISOs. More recently at Weight Watchers and PatientsLikeMe she managed the organizations’ largest partnerships, spanning industries including healthcare, manufacturing, and retail. She brings extensive experience in C-level, B2B client management and advisory expertise to Entromy, and is passionate about using data and technology to improve the lives of others.
Lindsey graduated with Cum Laude honors in economics and anthropology from Connecticut College and an MPH in health administration from Columbia University.
Outside of work, Lindsey coaches lacrosse and loves extreme international adventures. She hiked to Everest Base Camp, ran the Paris Marathon, and circumnavigated Mont Blanc in the Alps. She now lives in Portland, Maine with her dog June.
Enald is a technical entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in successfully building
startups. In software architecture, his experience ranges from engineering backend systems,
to constructing complex data models, to developing algorithms & building APIs.
From a product design standpoint, his process begins by creating & reiterating wireframes that allow for an impeccable user experience, followed by creating & coding pixel-perfect UIs.
In certain roles, his duties have been marketing related, such as devising go-to-market & content strategies, constructing social media & other forms of advertisement & referral campaigns. Finally, from a business development perspective, he has been instrumental in creating sales strategies with proven success, and establishing strategic partnerships with industry giants such as Mercedes-Benz & DSM.
Enald is a digital nomad. He has traveled to over 20 countries and has lived in Boston, New York, San Francisco & Switzerland - his current homebase is located in Salem, MA (for now).
Chris Richardson is a serial entrepreneur and growth leader. At Entromy, Chris works to
build and strengthen relationships with our strategic partners.
In addition to running his own companies, Hire Learning and DemandShake, he works with Boston-area technology ventures to build their sales and marketing functions.
Previously, Chris helped launch the product marketing function for at the cleantech, EnerNOC, and consulted to leading private equity firms and Fortune 1000 clients at a boutique strategy consultancy.
Chris graduated with honors from the University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business (MBA) and has a Bachelors and Masters of Music from Northwestern University.
Chris currently serves on the Board of Overseers for Big Brother Big Sister of Massachusetts Bay.
Amit is a senior data and business executive, with experience building 4+ products from
concept to market and a proven track record in data monetization strategies.
Amit is a co-founder, and leads the business and products at Netra, a machine vision company focused on Internet safety. Amit is also the co-founder and on the board of BotLab.io, a think-tank that collaborates with industry and regulators on security of Internet. He also works with several start-ups, advising them on product and business strategy to accelerate revenue growth by creating a product-market fit in US, Europe and Asia.
Prior to Entromy, Amit led an innovation-incubator business unit at dataxu, and he was the Chief Data Officer at MassMutual, a fortune 100 financial services company with over 600 billion AUM. At MassMutual, Amit built a data venture by integrating consumer data with third party sources. Amit was also the global Director of Data Science, building 2 products for Kantar.
Sherwin has over 35 years experience working as Chief Revenue Officer, or as a consultant to companies on their revenue growth strategy and sales & marketing execution. His experience spans large multi-national enterprises, mid-size and early stage growth companies across the continuum of professional services, SaaS business models and product concerns. He has served on the executive team of two companies leading to an IPO.
Sherwin joined Entromy in June of 2020 to provide company leadership in building a predictable and sustainable revenue operation: market strategy, sales and marketing excellence, and core revenue process and infrastructure.
Prior to joining Entromy, Sherwin held positions at Dun & Bradstreet, Tandem Computer, Technology Solutions Corporation, Viant, Capgemini and Cisco Systems. Most recently he served as Managing Partner with Revenue Architects, a consultancy specializing in advising executive teams on all aspects of revenue model design and execution.
Jesse leads the planning and execution of marketing campaigns focused on brand growth and lead generation.
Previously, Jesse co-founded Mixfit Inc. and served as their VP of Marketing Communications until it was acquired by Royal DSM, a global leader in health and nutrition. Jesse brings extensive experience in strategic business planning, brand development, and marketing communications to Entromy. He is passionate about building and sharing the story of technology companies that create real value for people.
When he is not working, Jesse can be found hiking or camping across the northeast, or at home in Boston watching ice hockey and international soccer.
Charles has a strong track record in developing, selling, and executing business strategies across a broad range of industries, including: consumer goods, restaurant/retail, financial services, healthcare, and technology.
Prior to joining Entromy, Charles helped lead Acquis Consulting Group's Financial Services and Strategic Partnerships Practices.
Charles considers himself an entrepreneur at heart, as he founded and ran the consulting firm, Mount Vernon Strategies, for 10 years before selling it to Technomic, a Chicago-based Consulting and Research firm whose clients include The Fortune 500 and private equity firms.
Charles considers Politics to be a hobby which he follows closely - and as he says, when he was younger he caught the political bug after working on Capitol Hill - he threw his hat into to ring to run for a seat in The Massachusetts House of Representatives. Charles has a BA from Tufts University and an MA in International Relations from Boston University.
Phil is a seasoned Marketing and Sales professional focusing on Entromy’s engagements direct to the C-level in regional, national and international corporations.
Most recently, Phil was Senior Vice President, Marketing & Sales for Tinoq, a Silicon Valley technology company integrating facial recognition, AI and data analytics and serving corporations in the health and wellness industry.
Phil’s experience includes leadership positions in many start-up, early stage and established companies and has demonstrated an ability to build long-lasting and profitable client relationships that foster trust and confidence.
Phil graduated Magna cum Laude from the University of Massachusetts and is also a product of the renowned Boston Latin School.
Phil is an accomplished musician, currently playing drums in two bands. He resides south of Boston with his wife, Shelly and Sadie the golden retriever. He is the proud father of Tyler and Rachael.
Anna is a member of the Customer Success team, managing client partnerships at Entromy.
Previously, Anna worked at an insurance brokerage in Boston, where she handled the day to day needs of her clients while subsequently supporting two of the company’s AVPs. Most recently, Anna graduated from a Software Engineering Immersive Bootcamp which equipped her with a new set of technical skills to help customers better understand Entromy’s product.
Anna graduated from the University of Vermont, where she studied Studio Art and Psychology. Outside of work, Anna loves being outdoors, hiking, yoga, and traveling.
Alan was a highly influential advisor and investor in Entromy from our earliest days. Before
and while advising Entromy, Alan held numerous roles in Human Resources leadership,
management, and consulting, including EVP & CHRO at U.S. Anesthesia Partners and SVP & CHCP
at Matrix Medical Network.
